Find sales contacts among your target customers

I find businesses in public sources that fit your ideal customer, check and organise the list, and write personal English outreach messages. You approve every email before it is sent.

  • Your approval before sending
  • Public sources
  • Opt-outs always respected

What does sales contact research give you?

You get an organised list of businesses that match the target customer profile we agree on. Each business has a sentence explaining why it may be a good fit.

  • A list of suitable businesses with reasons for their fit.
  • Personal English message drafts for your review.
  • An opt-out and suppression list to prevent contacts from being used again.
  • A brief weekly report on work completed, replies and opt-outs.

In a test, 120 newly registered businesses were turned from public register records into approved personalised drafts in one day. The workflow included GDPR and opt-out checks and human approval; this is a test result, not a promise about the workload or schedule of every project.

How I select businesses that fit your target customers

Before searching, we agree on what kind of business could benefit from your offer, for example its field, county and current situation. I then search public sources, including Eesti business register data, for businesses matching the agreed criteria.

I review registration time, field, county and published contact details. I then enrich the records with relevant public information, remove duplicates and add a specific reason for why each business fits your target group. I use only data needed for the work.

How the work proceeds in four steps

  1. We agree on your ideal customer profile

You describe the kind of business you are looking for, the problem you solve and which contact is relevant.

  2. You review a sample list of 20 businesses

I prepare a first list of 20 suitable businesses with a brief reason for each selection. I refine the selection rules based on your feedback.

  3. I set up a recurring workflow

I set up daily or weekly list creation, data checks, duplicate removal and draft preparation.

  4. You review and approve

You check the email drafts and approve them for sending. The workflow can then record replies and objections and update the opt-out list.

Data protection is part of the workflow

Finding business contacts does not mean that every approach is automatically permitted. For B2B outreach, documented legitimate interest may generally be appropriate (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), but its suitability must be assessed for each case.

People must be told where their data came from (Article 14), and use of their data for direct marketing must stop immediately if they object (Article 21(2)). I maintain an opt-out list so objections are respected in later lists.

Email and SMS rules vary by country. I review the planned channel and situation and recommend seeking legal advice if in doubt. This description is not legal advice.

Questions about sales contact research

Where do business contacts come from?

I use public sources, such as Eesti business register data about newly registered businesses, their field and county, as well as published contact details. I do not buy contacts or collect personal social media data.

Are emails sent automatically?

No. I prepare English drafts, and you review and approve each one before it is sent. Nothing is sent without your approval.

How are opt-outs handled?

I maintain an opt-out and objection list and check new contacts against it before use. If someone objects to direct marketing, I immediately stop using their data for that purpose.

Does the service guarantee meetings or sales?

No. I do not promise a specific number of meetings or sales. Results depend on the fit of the target audience, the offer, the message and the recipient's interest.

What is the legal basis for B2B outreach?

For B2B outreach, documented legitimate interest may generally be relevant (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), but the appropriate basis must be assessed for each case. People must be told where their data came from, and use for direct marketing must stop immediately if they object (Articles 14 and 21(2)). Email and SMS rules vary by country; if in doubt, I recommend seeking legal advice.

How long does the initial version take?

The first working version takes 1–2 weeks. I agree the fixed price in writing before work begins. Monthly maintenance afterwards is optional, and its scope depends on the work; I agree it after the first version.
