Privacy and data
In short: I use your email and its contents only to respond, and do not sell or share your data for marketing.
What data do I process?
When you write to arle@arletop.com, I process your name, email address and the contents of your message. If sample data or documents are processed during the work, I set out the data scope, access and retention in writing before work begins.
Why and on what basis?
I process data to respond to your enquiry and prepare for possible collaboration. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, or your consent if I specifically ask for it. For an AI solution, I set out data processing terms in writing.
How long do I keep data?
I keep correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, and then delete or archive it according to any statutory retention requirement. I record project document and log retention periods in the project agreement.
Who processes data?
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Google provides the email service. These service providers may process technical data, such as an IP address and request time, in accordance with their security and operating policies. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the website.
What are your rights?
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data and object to its processing. Write to the same email address to do so. If you believe I am processing data unlawfully, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and logs
The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The host may keep short-term technical logs to ensure security and operation. There is no AI chat feature on this page; enquiries are handled by email.
