AI consulting for your workflow

I review where AI could save time, what data you have and what should not be automated. I provide a written plan with metrics, risks and a next step.

  • Initial mapping is free
  • Written plan you can take with you
  • Honest assessment if it is not worthwhile

Why AI consulting

An AI project can fail when it solves the wrong problem. If the goal is a specific obstacle, such as unanswered enquiries or documents prepared by hand, you can assess whether AI can help before development.

In the consultation, I review your workflow, data and constraints. We agree on what to do, how to measure the result and the order of next steps.

What the mapping includes

Workflow and bottleneck

Where work actually goes: how many enquiries, documents or decisions there are, who handles them and how long it takes.

Data readiness

What data exists, where it is, how good its quality is and what needs to be organised before AI can be used.

Return and metric

Which measure can be recorded before the work—response time, share of enquiries handled or number of drafts created—and how to measure it.

Decision: buy, build or do nothing

Whether an existing tool is enough, a custom solution is needed or the project is not worthwhile right now.

Three decision questions

Before a pilot, I work through three questions with you. If the answer to any one is “no”, there is no point building yet.

  1. Does the work recur?

If the same question, search or draft comes up every week, automation may help. If it happens a few times a year, doing it manually is probably simpler.

  2. Is the data available?

AI needs material to base its answers on. If the knowledge exists only in people's heads, it needs to be written down first—that is separate work, not a hidden part of an AI project.

  3. Can an error be managed?

AI works well when a mistake can be identified and corrected through human review. If one wrong answer causes irreversible harm, a different solution is needed.

From mapping to pilot

If the workflow is a good fit, we can run a measurable pilot. If it is not, you get a written plan and decide for yourself what to do next.

  • Mapping · €0One or two conversations, workflow review and written plan.
  • Pilot · 1–2 weeksOne workflow using your data, with a metric agreed in advance.
  • Decision · yoursWhether to continue, stop or hand the solution to someone else.
  • Maintenance · optionalMonitoring, updates and document synchronisation.

Implementing AI in a business

If employees already use ChatGPT or Copilot on their own, the question is no longer which tool to choose, but how to get the work done in practice. To me, implementation means four things: one specific workflow, permissions, a person who reviews the output, and a number to use when deciding whether to continue.

  • One workflow at a timeWe choose work that recurs daily or weekly and can be measured before and after.
  • Permissions and dataWho can see what, which documents are sources and what must not be sent to the model.
  • Employee trainingI show the team how to use the solution and what to do if an answer seems wrong. Training is part of a pilot; I do not sell a separate training programme.
  • Written decisionAfter the pilot, you get a short summary of what worked, what did not and what is worth doing next.

If implementation concerns only your own work, see the personal AI agent instead. If work needs to happen in correspondence and documents without your intervention, an AI agent for business may be suitable.

What I do not do

What I do

  • I say when AI is not the right solution for this workflow.
  • I record metrics and risks before building.
  • I leave decisions and critical outputs to a person.
  • The plan and code become your property.

What I do not do

  • I do not sell “AI transformation” that starts by doing everything at once.
  • I do not promise an infallible model or complete automation.
  • I do not make assessments that cannot be supported by your data.
  • I do not conduct a security audit or penetration test; that is a separate service.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI workflow mapping?

I review your workflow with you and provide a written plan: where AI could save time, what data is available, how to measure the result and which risks to consider.

Is the AI consultation free?

The first conversation is free. I review one workflow with you and say whether AI is a good fit. I agree the price of a larger analysis and technical plan with you before starting.

Do you also provide training?

Training can be part of mapping or a pilot if the team needs to use the solution every day. I do not sell a separate large training programme; the focus is on workflows and a working solution.

What happens after the mapping?

If the workflow is a good fit, I can build a measurable pilot in 1–2 weeks. If it is not, I will give you a written plan for you to use going forward.
